Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized courier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
